To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail (i) how their Department assesses whether statutory bodies collect sufficient information to identify racial inequalities in access to services and outcomes; (ii) any gaps identified; (iii) the action agreed with the relevant departments to address those gaps, including responsible owners and timescales; and (iv) how progress and value for money are assessed where the necessary information is not recorded.
