To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister, in relation to racial equality and good relations funding programmes, to detail (i) the number of applicants and successful applicants in the (a) 2023-24; (b) 2024-25; and (c) 2025-26, financial year; (ii) the proportion of funding awarded to repeat and first-time recipients; (iii) any assessment of barriers faced by small, volunteer-led and minority ethnic-led organisations; and (iv) whether scoring criteria and conflict of interest arrangements are published and reasons and useful feedback is provided to unsuccessful applicants.
