To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail (i) who is responsible within their Department for monitoring delivery by councils and other funded bodies; (ii) how frequently performance is reviewed; (iii) the action taken where agreed outcomes or reporting requirements are not met; and (iv) the number of awards subject to corrective action, suspension, recovery or non-renewal in each of the last three financial years.
