To ask the Minister of Justice to detail the arrangements under the Domestic Violence and Abuse Disclosure Scheme for (i) recording which police services and information sources have been checked; (ii) recording information that remains outstanding or could not be obtained; and (iii) safely explaining the scope and limitations of a decision not to disclose, including ensuring that incomplete checks or a nil return are not understood as confirmation that no history of abuse exists.
