To ask the Minister of Justice to detail how the Domestic Violence and Abuse Disclosure Scheme, including requests involving other jurisdictions and applications superseded by a criminal investigation, is reflected in the Domestic and Sexual Abuse Strategy 2024–2031 and its action plan, including the actions, responsible owners and timescales relevant to improving the scheme.
