To ask the Minister of Justice to detail (i) the performance measures used to assess the timeliness and effectiveness of the Domestic Violence and Abuse Disclosure Scheme; (ii) whether she will seek quarterly publication of reliable anonymised performance data, including applications involving another jurisdiction and those superseded by a criminal investigation; (iii) any gaps preventing such reporting and the proposed remedy, responsible lead and implementation date; and (iv) any engagement with the relevant inspectorates on scrutiny of this performance and follow-up of identified shortcomings.
