To ask the Minister of Justice to detail (i) the safeguarding arrangements available to persons at risk while a disclosure decision is pending, including where information is awaited from another jurisdiction; (ii) how new information or increased risk is assessed; and (iii) any review of whether delays have affected safeguarding.
