To ask the Minister of Justice to detail, for each of the financial years 2023–24, 2024–25 and 2025–26, (i) the number of Right to Ask applications and Power to Tell cases considered under the Domestic Violence and Abuse Disclosure Scheme; (ii) the number resulting in disclosure under each route; (iii) the number completed within the scheme’s published timescales; and (iv) the median and longest processing times where these are available; and, where any requested measure cannot be reported, to explain the recording or retrieval limitation.
