To ask the Minister of Justice to detail (i) the number of applications under the Domestic Violence and Abuse Disclosure Scheme awaiting a decision; (ii) how long they have been outstanding; (iii) any assessment of the reasons for delay; and (iv) the action being taken to address those delays.
