To ask the Minister of Justice to detail (i) an update on the implementation of the Supporting People at Risk (SPAR) and SPAR Evolution arrangements; and (i) any recommendations arising from the external review, published in 2024, including the number of recommendations that are (a) completed; (b) partially completed; and (c) outstanding including any timetable for addressing the outstanding recommendations.
