To ask the Minister of Justice to detail (i) the number of deaths in custody that were referred to the Prisoner Ombudsman; (ii) the number of investigations completed; (iii) the number of outstanding investigations; and (iv) the average time taken to complete an investigation, for each year from 2021 to date.
