To ask the Minister of Justice to detail (i) the number of recommendations, arising from Prisoner Ombudsman investigations into deaths in custody, that have been made to the Northern Ireland Prison Service, in each year since 2021; (ii) how many have been (a) implemented in full; (b) partially implemented; and (c) remain outstanding; and (iii) any arrangements that are in place to monitor implementation.
