To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) any family unit assessments that have been subject to audit under the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 to ensure effective information-sharing and linkage between adult disability services and children's services, including Understanding the Needs of Children in Northern Ireland assessments; and (ii) any measures in place to prevent the operation of data silos between these services.
