To ask the Minister of Health to detail any measurable outcomes his Department expects to achieve during winter 2026-27 in (i) reducing emergency department waiting times; (ii) reducing ambulance handover delays; and (iii) reducing the number of patients receiving care in hospital corridors, including how progress against these objectives will be monitored and reported.
