To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) whether he has engaged with his counterpart in the South to examine the factors contributing to differences in healthcare outcomes, including (a) life expectancy; (b) infant mortality; and (c) waiting times; and (ii) any lessons which could be applied to improve services.
