To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) the number of recommendations arising from Prisoner Ombudsman investigations into deaths in custody, that have been made to the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust, in each year since 2021; (ii) the number of recommendations that have been (a) implemented in full; (b) partially implemented; and (c) remain outstanding; and (iii) any arrangements that are in place to monitor implementation.
