To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) any steps his Department is taking to ensure consistency in safeguarding policies, risk assessments and reporting procedures across all residential and nursing homes; and (ii) how his Department monitors compliance with these requirements to ensure that vulnerable residents receive the same standard of protection regardless of the care home in which they reside.
