To ask the Minister of Health to detail any correspondence between (i) the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust; and (ii) the Department of Health, and MindWise, relating to the future of MindWise services in Downpatrick, from 1 January 2025 to date, including correspondence regarding any proposed reduction, reconfiguration, relocation or closure of services.
