To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) whether he has had any discussions with counterparts in the UK Government regarding the regulation of funeral directors; and (ii) whether he has any plans to ensure that any regime introduced in England can be extended to Northern Ireland by legislative consent or equivalent Assembly legislation.
