To ask the Minister of Education to detail (i) the number of complaints received by his Department concerning delays in processing Northern Ireland Teachers’ Pension Scheme retirement benefits in each quarter since 1 April 2025; (ii) the average time taken to resolve such complaints; (iii) the number remaining unresolved; and (iv) the number referred to the Department’s formal complaints procedure.
