To ask the Minister of Education to detail (i) the amount of funding required to meet the 3.3 per cent NJC pay award for Education Authority-employed school support staff from 1 April 2026, including associated backpay; (ii) any amount of funding allocated or made available to the Education Authority for this purpose; and (iii) any action his Department has taken to ensure that the outstanding pay award and backpay are funded and paid to eligible staff.
