To ask the Minister of Education to detail any claims for compensation arising from accidents involving pupils on school premises which resulted in payments by his Department, broken down by (i) the nature of the accident or injury; (ii) the location, including playgrounds, sports facilities, classrooms and other school areas; (iii) whether the claim related to an alleged failure in (a) supervision; (b) maintenance; (c) equipment safety; and (d) another identified factor; and (iv) any compensation and associated legal costs paid, in each of the last five financial years.
