To ask the Minister of Education to detail (i) any requirements and guidance in place for the (a) inspection; (b) maintenance; and (c) risk assessment of playground equipment and outdoor play areas in grant-aided schools; and (ii) the frequency of any inspections; (iii) any protocols for recording and addressing hazards; and (iv) any mechanisms for monitoring compliance.
