To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 51348/22-27, to detail (i) the procedures used to identify, assess and record actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest when seeking or relying upon assurances from an arm’s-length body concerning raising-concerns matters; and (ii) the arrangements for independent verification of those assurances where the concerns relate to the person providing them.
