To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail a project-by-project schedule of all Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts and assets for which his Department, its agencies and arm’s-length bodies are responsible, stating in respect of each contract: (i) the project and asset name; (ii) the original approved capital cost and original anticipated final cost; (iii) the latest anticipated final cost over the life of the contract; (iv) the annual cost in each of the last five financial years; (v) the cumulative amount paid to date; (vi) any projected payments remaining to the end of the contract, broken down by financial year; and (vii) the original and current contract end dates.
