To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any assessment her Department has made of the (i) advantages; and (ii) disadvantages, of delivering MOT tests through Driver and Vehicle Agency test centres in Northern Ireland, compared with the network of approved garages used in other parts of the United Kingdom.
