To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 34976/22-27 and AQW 50297/22-27, in relation to NI Water Contract C1247 since 27 May 2025, to detail, the total amount paid to date by NI Water, under the NI Water Board-approved arrangement of contractor liabilities under TUPE, including (i) at what level the purchase orders were (a) raised; and (b) authorised; (ii) the date these payments were made; (iii) the amount in each payment of (a) National Insurance; (b) PAYE; (c) maternity; (d) redundancy; and (e) any other costs, incurred in respect of persons not in the employment of NI Water; and (iv) whether NI Water expects any further payments to be made under the arrangement.
