To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail (i) the timescale for completion of her Department's call for evidence on the use of e-scooters; (ii) how the evidence gathered will inform decisions on (a) regulation; (b) enforcement; and (c) public awareness; and (iii) when she expects to set out her Department's future policy direction.
