To ask the Minister for Communities whether he will undertake a review of the Houses in Multiple Occupation Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 and associated enforcement procedures to identify any evidential barriers and practical difficulties that prevent the effective identification and prosecution of unlicensed Houses in Multiple Occupation.
