To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail (i) the measures used to assess value for money in racial equality and good relations programmes; (ii) whether these include costs per participant and evidence of sustained outcomes; (iii) how performance is compared across programmes; and (iv) how these assessments inform future funding decisions.
