To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail (i) any steps they are taking to ensure the timely payment of compensation to individuals who have accepted settlement offers arising from the Executive Office data breach; (ii) the number of claimants who have accepted offers that are currently awaiting payment; (iii) the average waiting time for payment; and (iv) whether they will take urgent action to expedite payment in cases involving financial hardship, including those at risk of homelessness.
