To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail (i) how the PSNI handles an application under the Domestic Violence and Abuse Disclosure Scheme where the subject lives, or their history is held, in England and Wales, Scotland or Ireland; (ii) whether any protocol or memorandum of understanding governs these requests; (iii) whether the PSNI retains responsibility until the application concludes while information is sought from another police service; and (iv) the applicable overall and report-back timescales, including arrangements for prioritising urgent risks.
