To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister, in relation to the Strategic Framework to End Violence Against Women and Girls 2024–2031 and its Delivery Plan 2026–2028, to detail (i) whether the Domestic Violence and Abuse Disclosure Scheme is reflected in the Framework or Delivery Plan; (ii) any engagement with the Department of Justice on its contribution to the Framework’s outcomes, including protection where a partner’s history is held in another UK jurisdiction or in the Republic of Ireland; (iii) how responsibility for any joint improvement actions would be assigned, including the lead department and arrangements for agreeing funding and oversight; and (iv) how progress and delays would be reported.
