To ask the Minister of Justice, in relation to Patrick McDonagh who has been unlawfully at large from HMP Maghaberry since 12 March 2026, to detail (i) when the first public appeal for his whereabouts was made; (ii) whether he was prosecuted for the last time he was unlawfully at large; and (iii) the number of other HMP inmates that are currently unlawfully at large.
