To ask the Minister of Justice (i) whether the PSNI records, as distinct and searchable categories, (a) Domestic Violence and Abuse Disclosure Scheme applications involving another jurisdiction; (b) applications superseded by a criminal investigation; and (c) the dates required to measure performance against the scheme’s published timescales; and (ii) whether she will discuss with the Chief Constable introducing any that are not recorded, including who would lead implementation and the anticipated completion date.
