To ask the Minister of Justice to detail (i) the protocols for the PSNI when an official forensic toxicology report directly contradicts initial, unverified, media reporting regarding the specific substances involved in a fatality; and (ii) any mandates that exist to ensure that the investigation pivots to match the scientific evidence, rather than being closed prematurely due to administrative complexity.
