To ask the Minister of Health, pursuant to AQW 49352/22-27, to detail (i) whether the adult safeguarding data contained in the monthly returns is extracted from Encompass; (ii) which elements of adult safeguarding activity are currently recorded within Encompass; and (iii) whether there is a planned date by which all regional adult safeguarding reporting will be generated routinely and consistently from Encompass.
