To ask the Minister of Health to detail the number of emergency patients requiring ambulance bypass transit to an alternative acute hospital facility, in each of the last ten years, broken down by Health and Social Care Trust, utilising (i) the historical Category A classification metrics for the years 2016 to 2019 inclusive; and (ii) the current Category 1 clinical prioritization metrics for the years 2019 to 2026 inclusive.
