To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 51199/22-27 and AQW 51200/22-27, to detail (i) the requirements for a documented assessment under the NICS Raising Concerns Framework before referring protected disclosure concerns to an arm’s-length body or relying upon assurances from its senior management; (ii) the version of the framework currently applied; (iii) how conflicts of interest, independence and the risk of further detriment to those making disclosures are assessed and recorded; and (iv) who is responsible for undertaking and approving such assessments.
