To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail any assessment his Department has undertaken of the financial impact of the Northern Ireland Civil Service Hybrid Working Policy, which requires staff to attend the workplace for at least 40 per cent of their working time, including any estimated changes in departmental expenditure on (i) heating; (ii) electricity; (iii) office accommodation and facilities; and (iv) IT infrastructure and support.
