To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) the penalty applied to a farmer’s agricultural support payments where, during an inspection, the farmer is found not to have a fertilisation plan; and (ii) a breakdown of the penalties applied in each of the last five years.
