To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any discussions she has had with the (i) Utility Regulator; and (ii) NIE Networks, on (a) prioritising grid capacity for manufacturing clusters; and (b) the Enhanced Investment Zone within the Regulatory Period 7 investment programme.
