To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail (i) any assessment she has made of the grid connection costs for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Northern Ireland; (ii) any steps she is taking to ensure that grid connection costs for BESS projects are equitable and fair; and (iii) whether grid connection costs for BESS projects are being monitored and independently assessed on an ongoing basis by the Utility Regulator to ensure they are justifiable.
