To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, given that the draft Transport Strategy 2035 consultation recognises motorcycles and mopeds as an established mode of transport with a role in reducing traffic impacts, to detail any consideration that has been given to ensuring that motorcycling is reflected throughout future (i) transport plans; (ii) delivery plans; and (iii) stakeholder engagement processes.
