To ask the Minister for Communities (i) to detail any plans his Department has to improve the condition, lighting, safety and appearance of pedestrian subways in Carrickfergus, including the Carrickfergus Castle subway; and (ii) whether any funding has been allocated to these improvements; and (iii) when any planned works are expected to be completed.
