To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) the current rates provided for accommodation and subsistence for children and their accompanying parents or carers, required to travel outside Northern Ireland for specialist healthcare; (ii) when each rate was last reviewed; (iii) the basis on which each rate was determined; and (iv) whether the rates are routinely reviewed to reflect changes in accommodation, food and other relevant costs.
