To ask the Minister of Education pursuant to AQW 52661/22-27, for each Direct Award Contract awarded in relation to TransformED since February 2024, to detail (i) the specific specialist skills, knowledge or expertise identified prior to the award of the contract as necessary; (ii) the reasons why each such skill, knowledge or expertise could not be provided through existing Departmental or arm’s-length body resources; (iii) any criteria or assessment applied in determining that the required expertise was not available through those resources; and (iv) any reasons why a Direct Award Contract was considered the appropriate procurement route.
