To ask the Minister of Education to detail (i) the rationale for reducing Local and Global Citizenship from a distinct statutory curriculum subject to a sub-strand within the proposed Personal, Social, Civic and Careers framework; and (ii) any steps his Department will take to ensure that this change does not impact the teaching of democracy, human rights, equality and social justice.
