To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail the scientific evidence relied upon by the Loughs Agency when introducing mandatory catch and release on rivers within the Foyle catchment, including (i) the species and rivers covered; (ii) the datasets, assessment periods and conservation thresholds used; (iii) any limitations or uncertainties in those data; and (iv) where the evidence and the assessment supporting the decision can be accessed.
