To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail any consultation the Loughs Agency undertook before introducing mandatory catch and release for anglers on rivers within the Foyle catchment, including (i) the dates and methods of consultation; (ii) the fishery owners, angling clubs, ghillies, guides and individual anglers consulted; (iii) the responses received; and (iv) how those responses informed the decision.
